Pregnancy Tests - Do you think you might be pregnant? We offer pregnancy testing at no charge and our tests are 97-99% accurate. Ultrasound - By appointment only. Our trained Registered Nurses perform limited ultrasounds for pregnancies between 6 - 12 weeks to determine gestational age and presence of a fetal heart rate. To find a 4D Ultrasound provider in your area Click Here. Earn While You Learn - Earn while you learn is a totally new program offered at Caring Pregnancy Center! It is designed to give you, the mother, total responsibility to earn free baby items, such as gently used baby furniture, maternity clothes, baby clothes, and much, much more! We tailor the program to fit your needs. You have total control of what supplies you need for your family and how much you do to meet those needs. As a member of the Earn While You Learn Club, you are welcome to come in to our center and watch a video tailored to your pregnancy length and needs. These short videos (usually 30 minutes) are designed to give you the tools you need to be an educated and well-trained mother. Parenting Works - Program developed to help parents. Great videos to cultivate healthy relationships with your children and to help provide them with what they need to grow into mature and happy adults. Our video series goes through the teenage years. Post Abortion Recovery - Are you depressed, guilty, having nightmares, irritable with family and friends? We are now counseling women experiencing post-abortion stress. Our counselor empathizes with you and shares her experiences with you. You are not alone in your feelings. The program is designed to help foster forgiveness and resume with the grieving process.
